A wide range of classes are available for those wanting a healthy lifestyle. Following is a listing of classes. Times and days of the week are available in our general brochure.
Abs Back & Buns, Silver Sneakers, Kickboxing, Aquasize, Slow and Easy Aquasize,Tai Chi, Turbo-kick, Power Pump, Noon Workout, Boot Camp, Cycling, Sculpt-It-Up, Slimnastics, Yoga, Power Ball, Zumba, and Active Older Adult exercise.

NEW! Personal Trainer
Need some motiveation? We can help with that! The YMCA now offers personal trainers. Get a fitness program specified to your needs and interests, a basic nutrition guide, and the accountability to keep you on target. With flexible sessions (morning, afternoon and evening) we can work around most anyones busy schedule.

Swim Classes
We offer swim classes for those 6 months old to adults. Classes are offered in the evening on Tuesday and Thursday. In the summer, classes are offered daily in the morning and evening.

Lifeguard training is offered several times a years for those 15 years of age and older.

Gymnastics classes are offered for boys and girls ages 3 and up. There are beginner, advanced beginner, intermediate, pre-team and team. Classes are offered daily in the afternoon and evenings, and on Saturday mornings.

Show Biz Kids
In Show Biz Kids, children 4 old and up will learn the aspects of musical theater including dance, voice, drama, and stage presence. Several performances will be given during the year. Classes will meet on Wednesday.

Academy of Dance
We have a wonderful dance program for those 3 years and older, for both boys and girls. We offer ballet, tap, jazz, drill team, clogging, and hip hop. Classes are offered several times during the week and on Saturdays.

Classes in CPR are offered as the need arises. Sign up at the Service Center.
